Peeling potato

This article rightfully should not be called "peeling potato". How about "peeling potato without actually peeling" or " how to skin a potato"? You would have seen the videos many times before. Good on you. Maybe some may not have seen them yet, or some may have forgotten all about it. For me, I've forgotten all about it, until someone sent me an email to refresh my memory. So I think it is a good idea to present it here for posterity, hopefully.

Peeling potato is such a common chore that after some time even knowing an easier way, we tend to revert to our old habitual way of peeling potato. This actually happened to me. Strange, but true. Thinking back, I might know the reason. You see, when you usually peel only one or two potatoes, you tend to just get straight to it with a peeler; and done with it. Over time, you forget about the easier method. Perhaps if you need to peel 5 or more potatoes, then this "10-second" method is definitely very time-saving.

 The videos  below show you the step-by-step method on how to peel a potato in 10 seconds.  But as would see, you need to prepare an iced-cold water to do the job.  So it is not actually 10 seconds for the whole operation.  Only the peeling part is.

The first video has been watched more than 11million times!  So there you are.  It is definitely not something new and recent.
